AgentCX Labs has unveiled the Founding Beta of its innovative platform, Agent Builder Studio, designed to empower agencies and business process outsourcers (BPOs) by enabling them to create, brand, and deploy AI agents without the need for coding expertise. This prompt-based platform allows users to specify the desired AI agent in simple terms, after which Agent Builder Studio formulates a proposed configuration. This includes the model, knowledge base, actions, and system prompt, which users can then review and adjust before launching the agent for their clients.
Functioning as an orchestration layer, the platform integrates seamlessly with existing AI infrastructure, allowing agencies and BPOs to maintain flexibility by not locking them into a single AI provider. Users can link their accounts with various AI model providers, voice and messaging platforms, as well as databases and knowledge-base services. Agent Builder Studio supports multiple integrations, including partnerships with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Retell, Vapi, and ElevenLabs, facilitating a broad range of functionalities.
The platform also offers customizable white-label features such as client subaccounts, branding controls, custom domains, and agency-managed billing, which enable agencies to offer AI services under their unique brand. The first AI agent available through Agent Builder Studio is a white-labeled Web Chat Agent, which customers of AgentCX Labs can deploy. This agent can be tailored with personalized greetings, branding, and a knowledge base, making it adaptable to client websites. It boasts features like lead capture, human handoff, and optional CRM integration via webhooks.
Currently, the Founding Beta is being expanded to include more applications, such as CRM agents, email support, document processing, research and enrichment agents, and AI assistants for Slack. The core aim of Agent Builder Studio is to support agencies and BPOs in broadening their AI service offerings while retaining control over their infrastructure, client relationships, and brand identity.
