Carrier Helps Families and Businesses Breathe Easier During Wildfire Season

Wildfire smoke isn’t just an outdoor problem – it can get inside your home or workplace, too. To help protect people’s health, Carrier is rolling out a program focused on cleaner indoor air.

The company suggests three simple actions: install better HVAC filters, close gaps that let smoke in, and use portable air purifiers with HEPA technology. “Keeping smoke out of indoor spaces is critical to staying healthy,” said Nick Arch, Carrier’s Vice President of Residential Solutions.

To support communities, Carrier recently donated $2.5 million in air purifiers to schools and frontline responders in Los Angeles.
